A SHOT OF TRADITION, A SHOT OF REVOLUTION.

We set out to make a gin that was definitely a gin, but far more interesting than the traditional London dry style. So we ditched the harsh (and less expensive) juniper in favor of a soft, nuanced Tuscan-grown variety. We topped it with the subtle warmth of cassia and cardamom. And we balanced and brightened it with grapefruit peel. The Walter Collective Gin is well-structured and complex — a delicious leap forward for gin lovers and bartenders everywhere.

Sourcing the highest quality ingredients is critical to The Walter Collective, but before that, we source the right partner for distillation — and we found it in Oregon Spirit Distillers of Bend, Oregon. Founder Brad Irwin knows the art and science of distillation and has one of the finest stills around, a German-made Kothe. Through a collective effort, we worked with him and his team to perfect both the process and the gin.
